Internal Site for a UI/UX Team in a Large Global IT System Integration Firm

Using the AEM platform a new instance was allocated to publish an intranet site that would eventually be client-facing.

Because this was a UX team the designs were strong. They were, however, easy to reverse engineer. The assigned designer used Figma.

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) was the content management system (CMS). Adobe’s digital asset manager (DAM) was used for all site assets. Designs and prototypes were done using Figma. The search platform was Solr. For the MVP release it only needed to integrate with the Microsoft Active Directory.

• Compiled all HTML and CSS from Figma designs; handed off code to off-shore front-end developers.
• Authored detailed functional specifications for customizing AEM core components to meet the design requirements.
